I can't believe how they managed to erase my review, but I'm here to expose the terrible job they did with my hair. They lack professionalism and skill when it comes to working with Dark hair. I specifically requested balayage, a service I had previously received in Wellington that turned out perfectly. The stylist assured me she could replicate the same look.
