Delyse is the new owner of the salon. Incredibly skilled and always goes the extra mile, she's the only one I rely on. I've been a loyal client for over a decade. The results are fantastic, very attentive and truly listens to your desires for your appointment. I'm absolutely thrilled with my hair. Wishing Delyse all the success with the salon.
I went in for a full head of blonde foils and left with a dull brown hue. I was visibly upset and didn't even receive an apology. Offered "a few highlights" to fix it, which is not what I wanted. Now I have to seek another professional to correct it as I was charged the full price. I wouldn't have opted for a full head if I wanted "a few highlights". My hair resembles a generic box dye disaster. UPDATE: After enduring my new color for a few days, I remained dissatisfied. Contacted the owner to discuss and she abruptly ended the call. Called back again to request a refund as I lack confidence in their ability to rectify the situation, only to be hung up on once more. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. There's a reason they offer such low prices; a quality haircut isn't cheap, and a cheap haircut isn't quality!
This place is incredibly welcoming. We arrived slightly early and she kindly let us in. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the haircut.
