I had a task done, got billed for an hour instead of 20 minutes. I was blocked via email on their end, not good for business.
A service that disappoints! We needed IT support, asked the receptionist if they could solve our issues, they said yes. When the technician arrived, he admitted he couldn't fix it. Spent a total of 30 minutes. Despite this, the issues persisted, yet we were asked to pay. Later, they offered a 50% discount due to the on-site service, but had the receptionist been honest initially about their capabilities, we wouldn't have opted for the unprofessional on-site service. Are we paying for the errors of the receptionist and technicians? (The IT problems were eventually resolved by our friends, despite not being professionals, we managed to DIY).
We've been using Alice and Ben's company for many years now. They are highly efficient, knowledgeable, and make all those IT problems disappear. Highly recommend them for both business and personal computer requirements.
