Had a virtual consultation via Zoom tonight with Dr. Heap Young Seah. An exceptional doctor. Listened attentively, explained clearly with a touch of humor. Thorough in examination and provided detailed information on medications. Aware of the strain on the healthcare system, so wanted to express gratitude 🙏
Falsely charged, staff uninterested in listening, just dictating. Feels like being back in school with bullies, where staff are the cool kids and customers are not! This marks the 7th time facing this issue. Lodged a complaint once, complete waste of time!
Struggling to schedule an appointment. Phone lines constantly busy. Online booking system shows as offline. Website suggests emailing, so I did, specifying my availability. Offered an appointment I couldn't make, then instructed to call - back to square one with no luck. Understand short-staffed, but this isn't just ordering a pizza; it's about people's health and well-being, and you're falling short.
