Purchased Kiwi Rd sunglasses here! They broke within two days! No refund on the $30, just got accused of breaking them! Never again...
Very dismissive, fill in the same form every time, general staff seem to have little knowledge.
Completely appalled with the service and integrity. A week ago I had been sedated to get 7 teeth pulled out so I needed assistance to get to the pharmacy and get pain relief obviously... didn't have national identity card on me so got charged 45 dollars instead of 15... got told to come back with the card and the cardholder that had to overpay for me so we can get a refund... finally finding the time to arrange to go to the pharmacy together only to get told there's no refund... this situation was innocent and it goes without saying that a refund was a sensible fair outcome... I couldn't even walk on the day they expected me to have remembered my national identity card on me... it's not everyday you get sedated and need emergency medicine... this made no sense and to have been ripped off on health care is unreal... heartless and clueless... ruined my day... now I'm in pain and in debt to my helper... thanks Carterton pharmacy!!!
