The team here is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, the entire studio is spotless and well-maintained. Caitlin was exceptional. I visited Redemption with a mate to get her tragus pierced and was super impressed with the strict hygiene standards. I got my third earlobe and a snug piercing and Caitlin was incredibly friendly, reassuring and skilled throughout the process. I valued her advice and the fact that nothing was rushed, the piercing was done at my pace when I felt comfortable. A bloke guided me through the jewellery options beforehand and offered suggestions on what would suit me best. It's evident that the staff have a wealth of experience and expertise.
