I had a dreadful experience with the courier driver from Aramex. On two occasions in November 2022, my parcels were carelessly left in random places like bushes and sidewalks instead of at my designated green front door as clearly instructed. Despite reporting these incidents to Aramex, no action was taken. It's frustrating dealing with Aramex's Elm Street branch, even though their rates are competitive. The lack of care from their drivers is unacceptable.
