Fantastic experience! I visit this place frequently. The staff is professional and kind, the setting is stunning, the prices are good, and the massage is the best I've ever had! I will definitely recommend this place to others.
Not satisfied. I booked a 1-hour deep tissue massage and specifically mentioned my stiff neck and shoulders that needed attention. However, the massage didn't feel deep enough (I say this because I've been getting monthly massages for over 5 years) and I didn't feel any better afterwards. It felt more like gentle strokes rather than a proper deep tissue massage. The massage on other body parts was also lackluster. After a brief leg massage, I timed how long each leg was massaged, and it was only 1.5 minutes per leg per side, which is unacceptable.
I've visited for Hilot Massage and Ventosa Cupping a few times, and each time has been excellent. The staff is attentive and soothing, and Ma Victoria always knows exactly where to focus. I'm becoming a loyal customer and eagerly anticipate my next appointment.
