Appalling service at the Barkers The Crossing. We visited this store over the weekend to browse suits. Upon arriving on the 1st floor where there were no other customers, the employee (of dark complexion) working there completely ignored us, offering no greeting. It seemed as though he assumed we were tourists or unable to afford Barker's products. He not only has a 'dark' complexion but also seems to be 'blind' to good customer service. Both of us were wearing Burberry shirts and Moncler pants, with me also carrying my Coach bag. Shortly after, three locals entered the store, and the employee promptly greeted them and offered assistance. I typically do not judge based on skin color, but this experience left me extremely disappointed. Needless to say, I will not be spending over 500 bucks in a store that condones such behavior. Disgraceful behavior from the employee.
Satisfactory purchase.
