Ruchi at the West Field Riccarton spot was fantastic. Had a bad waxing experience in the past, but she was so reassuring and kind. Explained the products and process, even tested the wax on my hand first to show how gentle it was. Thank you, Ruchi, I'll be back.
First visit here, loving the lash lift result. Enjoyed a relaxing massage, so good. Big shout out to Nenita, gave her all. Checked in, made sure we're comfy throughout. Will definitely return.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Paid $70 for a spray tan + eyebrow waxing and tinting. Will upload photos later, eyebrows turned orange and tan was streaky! Emailed them next day but no reply. Over a week now, had to go on holiday with orange brows and streaky tan on legs, arms, and back. Not happy.
