Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious. In need of a hair makeover during my travels across New Zealand, a pal scheduled me an appointment at Mods Hair. I am overjoyed that she did because Mia grasped my vision perfectly and proceeded to give me the most fantastic haircut I've had in ages. All the team members were delightful, courteous, and engaging. Sadly, I won't be able to return, but only because traveling 18,000 kilometers is quite a trek for a hair appointment!
