I love Whakapai Wellness, I've been going for over 20 years and Aroha is very friendly and reassuring. Love her full body and stone hongi. Facials are so relaxing. My two daughters are also coming and getting treatments. Hine has just started and she also is very thorough. They have Hana come in and do rongoā a couple of days a week and I am very happy with the results.

I recently visited this salon and was impressed by the lovely atmosphere and attentive team, both deserving of 5 ⭐️⭐️. However, my haircut experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the stylist seemed inexperienced, giving the impression that it was their first time cutting a men's hair. Despite voicing my concerns, the haircut was incomplete and not up to standard.
