I've had a one on one haka therapy session with Aroha, haka teaching mentoring with her and attended her ‘infusing tradition into movement’ workshop. In all of the experiences with Aroha, I felt seen and held. Aroha has a way of presence and receptivity which allows her to know exactly what I needed in practice and theory.
