This upscale hair salon, nestled in the heart of Wellington offers a luxurious escape for anyone looking to pamper their tresses. The barber appeared to have no concern for basic cleanliness—tools seemed untouched by a cleaner, and shockingly, he used the hair dryer to sweep the floor, pressing it into the dirt. His language was unprofessional, and he lacked customer service skills; it seemed like he had no interest in providing decent service. Exceptional service... My hair was in rough shape, so I had a consultation 2 weeks prior. Priya was so kind and patient, assessed the situation thoroughly. She suggested what needed to be done. Despite my desire for hair color, she advised against it, being honest and genuinely caring. 2 weeks later, I went for a Hair Keratin treatment... amazing service. My hair feels fantastic and is easy to manage! She shared aftercare tips and I felt like I made a friend in Auckland!! Thank you so much, Priya!
