I adore the team and service at Off & On in Auckland. They are incredibly accommodating and delightful, and I have never had a negative experience. The salon, decor, equipment, and products are all top-notch, and every cent is worth it. The pricing is very reasonable! Each staff member is highly skilled, professional, and provides excellent advice and aftercare suggestions. Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive.
