The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home. Got my nails done by Hana who was wonderful. I chose this place based on online reviews and I can confirm the staff are delightful. I opted for a regular manicure and pedicure as I plan to research builder's gel further due to being pregnant and breastfeeding, then I will return here to get it done. The store is nice, small, and intimate with plenty of food options nearby if you fancy ordering something while getting a pedicure. 5 stars. Thank you 😊About

Extremely unwelcoming experience. The store owner rudely presented me with a limited choice of frame colors, asking "black or white!?" in a gruff tone despite the variety on display. There was no effort at consultation whatsoever.
