The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home. Terrible service here, Kiwis don't appreciate staff chattering in their own language, clearly gossiping about customers. It's disrespectful, especially when we're paying. We had a bad encounter with a rude young bloke who made us feel unwelcome by ignoring us multiple times. Impressive store with a vast selection of products! Usually not overly crowded, sometimes the team members are proactive in approaching you for assistance. Other times, you may wander for 10 minutes without being approached. Their prices are fairly average. When I ordered a vanity, the team member was friendly and helpful. I was informed the item was in Wellington and would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Placed the order. Three days later, went in... it hadn't arrived yet. They ended up selling me the display model as I needed it urgently, which was fine, but it had a few marks on it.
