Eileen was fantastic, love my hair! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her station was spotless. However, the salon itself was quite messy, with scattered hair from various clients. I was the sole customer for over two hours. I highly suggest booking with Eileen - she's exceptional. This was quite an odd experience. However, I shall solely discuss the service provided and my rating reflects just that. I typically refrain from giving negative ratings. My child received a haircut and it could not have gone worse even if they had attempted to do so. The hair is uneven all over. (Image depicts the front, taken at home after a wash). Top-notch assistance! I took my lad here for his debut hair snip, and Nirvara was so patient and fantastic with him (as it was his first cut and he is only 1.5yo, a tad scared, etc.) and he managed it so well! We departed with a superb snip, and we were truly content with the service.
