I had my hair cut by Jess, and everything seemed fine until she casually mentioned that her Fiancé had orchestrated the death of a dog for insurance purposes! I was utterly appalled and would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Shocking and disturbing behavior. I am overjoyed that she did because Mia grasped my vision perfectly and proceeded to give me the most fantastic haircut I've had in ages. All the team members were delightful, courteous, and engaging. Sadly, I won't be able to return, but only because traveling 18,000 kilometers is quite a trek for a hair appointment!
