Been visiting Rachel since 2020. Initially had blonde balayage, she nailed it. Even styled it before a wedding. Works with my curls perfectly. Recently went copper, Rach nailed it again, perfect colour. Copper’s not easy! Super knowledgeable with curls, even cuts my boys’ hair! Won’t go anywhere else. Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious. I've had cuts from various outlets of this company and they've been pretty decent. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About
