I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing. Got that curlyish bob I've always wanted and previous hairdressers never quite got right. So thanks Charmaine! ๐คฃ๐
