Terrible service here, Kiwis don't appreciate staff chattering in their own language, clearly gossiping about customers. It's disrespectful, especially when we're paying. We had a bad encounter with a rude young bloke who made us feel unwelcome by ignoring us multiple times. I've tried numerous places but nothing matches the excellence, service, and ambiance of 1999 House of Nails.
I don't get my nails done frequently, but I've been utilizing the services at 1999 House of Nails for a couple of years now and every time I leave, I'm thrilled! They always nail the design I want, and my natural nails have never been healthier! I recently had gel X extensions which lasted a month! They would've lasted longer if I didn't need shorter nails for work/study. My natural nails were undamaged and actually grew so long during that time, I'm ecstatic!About

Other times, you may wander for 10 minutes without being approached. Their prices are fairly average. When I ordered a vanity, the team member was friendly and helpful. I was informed the item was in Wellington and would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Placed the order. Three days later, went in... it hadn't arrived yet. They ended up selling me the display model as I needed it urgently, which was fine, but it had a few marks on it.
