I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing. Got that curlyish bob I've always wanted and previous hairdressers never quite got right. So thanks Charmaine! 🤣👍

Eileen was fantastic, love my hair! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her station was spotless. However, the salon itself was quite messy, with scattered hair from various clients. I was the sole customer for over two hours. I highly suggest booking with Eileen - she's exceptional.
