This was quite an odd experience. However, I shall solely discuss the service provided and my rating reflects just that. I typically refrain from giving negative ratings. My child received a haircut and it could not have gone worse even if they had attempted to do so. The hair is uneven all over. (Image depicts the front, taken at home after a wash). Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious.
