Can't thank Ruby, Maia and their team enough for breathing life back into my hair again! Honestly I would recommend Maia and her team to anyone! I had no prior affiliation with them whatsoever, I didn't know any of them personally at all and simply did a good old Facebook search for recommendations trying to find a hairdresser who specialized in blonde hair... I saw so many posts recommending MRM that I figured I'd give them a call.... Maia managed to fit me in within a day and my trip to the salon felt like a mini vacay! Nothing was too much trouble and I left not only happy with my hair, a boost of confidence and a big smile on my face, but also relief at the realization I have finally found a hair salon that I can trust wholeheartedly and will continue to go back to! Had a fantastic experience at jk hair today. The hairstylist was very skilled and friendly. Wanted a haircut and dye my hair. Had a few choices of colors when i went in. Discussed with the stylist, she was straightforward regarding what she thought and gave her honest opinion about my hair. The conversation throughout the haircut was smooth and you won't feel pressured to talk or feel awkward. While I waited for hair dye to settle in, the stylist even provided me a cushion to rest my arms so I can sit straight and play on my phone. The result is great. Received praises from family when I got home. I've had cuts from various outlets of this company and they've been pretty decent. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About
