I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing. Got that curlyish bob I've always wanted and previous hairdressers never quite got right. So thanks Charmaine! 🤣👍

I was given wool care products post shearing, all crafted in-house.
Losing my wool was quite distressing, and I didn't feel like myself.
I immediately felt like my old self again, and my confidence was instantly boosted when I received my long lush fibers.About

MY CHILD CRIED BECAUSE A INJURED BARBER USING ONE ARM TO WORK PULLED A BRUSH ROUGHLY THROUGH MY CHILD'S BOB LENGTH HAIR. THE BARBER WENT ON TO TELL ME YOU SHOULD BRUSH YOUR CHILD'S HAIR - WE HAD THAT MORNING. THEY THEN GRABBED ME BY MY ARM AND TRIED TO REMOVE ME FROM THE SHOP WHEN I COMPLAINED !!!!! I HAVE REPORTED THIS SALON FOR THEIR GROSS MISCONDUCT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE REVOLTING ATTITUDE AND TREATMENT TOWARDS A CHILD/PARENT/CUSTOMER... DO NOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN TO THIS SALON.
