Elsie was marvelous with my children, one of whom is 5, very reserved and it was his first custom-made outfit (I had been attempting but I confess I'm quite useless). Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious. I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing. Got that curlyish bob I've always wanted and previous hairdressers never quite got right. So thanks Charmaine! 🤣👍

I am overjoyed that she did because Mia grasped my vision perfectly and proceeded to give me the most fantastic haircut I've had in ages.
