Te Aroha is incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable; you feel completely at ease throughout the experience. I underwent the 7D HIFU treatment in June and witnessed immediate, transformative results! Te Aroha even sent me a text the following morning to check on my recovery. Despite months of trying to book an appointment, she was only offered a facial upon arrival. Her tea and seat were given away, and she was given a gift voucher instead of the full package she had originally been gifted.
