I love Whakapai Wellness, I've been going for over 20 years and Aroha is very friendly and reassuring. Love her full body and stone hongi. Facials are so relaxing. My two daughters are also coming and getting treatments. Hine has just started and she also is very thorough. I visited this barbershop today due to the 4.8 Kiwi rating. One of the worst trims I've ever had. I had been growing my hair for months and told the barber I wanted a fade but to maintain the majority of the length. They cut everything short and didn't even do a fade. It felt like they put in no effort. The whole process took less than ten minutes and cost $40. I'm baffled by the 4.8 rating. Definitely avoid this place for a trim.About
