Elsie was marvelous with my children, one of whom is 5, very reserved and it was his first custom-made outfit (I had been attempting but I confess I'm quite useless). I am overjoyed that she did because Mia grasped my vision perfectly and proceeded to give me the most fantastic haircut I've had in ages.
