Eileen was fantastic, love my hair! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her station was spotless. However, the salon itself was quite messy, with scattered hair from various clients. I was the sole customer for over two hours. I highly suggest booking with Eileen - she's exceptional. I've had cuts from various outlets of this company and they've been pretty decent. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About

I visited this barbershop today due to the 4.8 Kiwi rating. One of the worst trims I've ever had. I had been growing my hair for months and told the barber I wanted a fade but to maintain the majority of the length. They cut everything short and didn't even do a fade. It felt like they put in no effort. The whole process took less than ten minutes and cost $40. I'm baffled by the 4.8 rating. Definitely avoid this place for a trim.About
