They offer fantastic advice and create a comfortable environment. Accommodating our group of 5 on the same day was fantastic. My tattoo artist, Petra, did an outstanding job and even touched up a faded tattoo behind my ear. They even removed a stuck earring for me at no extra cost. I've visited a few times, all good until now. A while back, I messaged an artist about a tattoo, got a price, booked an appointment. Day of, an hour before, they cancel. I live out of town, halfway there. Asked to see design before rebooking, never sent. Contacted them, silence. Weeks later, told price tripled, no design. When I questioned, rudely told to have a good day and blocked. Disappointing lack of professionalism.
