The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home. First time having a massage and facial and I had heard great things about Lovoir. It exceeded all expectations and more. The service was flawless, you are offered a herbal tea or infused water on arrival in the most gorgeous lounge. I opted for a regular manicure and pedicure as I plan to research builder's gel further due to being pregnant and breastfeeding, then I will return here to get it done. I was informed the item was in Wellington and would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Placed the order. Three days later, went in... it hadn't arrived yet. They ended up selling me the display model as I needed it urgently, which was fine, but it had a few marks on it.
