Despite months of trying to book an appointment, she was only offered a facial upon arrival. Her tea and seat were given away, and she was given a gift voucher instead of the full package she had originally been gifted. Brittney has decided not to return due to the lackluster service and inability to secure bookings. A once-thoughtful gift turned into a letdown.About
