I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing. Got that curlyish bob I've always wanted and previous hairdressers never quite got right. So thanks Charmaine! 🤣👍

I took my lad here for his debut hair snip, and Nirvara was so patient and fantastic with him (as it was his first cut and he is only 1.5yo, a tad scared, etc.) and he managed it so well! We departed with a superb snip, and we were truly content with the service.
