I wouldn’t suggest Scarlet Trims to anyone unless they’re seeking a frightful experience. The barber appeared to have no concern for basic cleanliness—tools seemed untouched by a cleaner, and shockingly, he used the hair dryer to sweep the floor, pressing it into the dirt. His language was unprofessional, and he lacked customer service skills; it seemed like he had no interest in providing decent service. Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious.
