First time having a massage and facial and I had heard great things about Lovoir. It exceeded all expectations and more. The service was flawless, you are offered a herbal tea or infused water on arrival in the most gorgeous lounge. My beauty therapists name was Taylor and I just want to thank her for her professionalism and for making me feel so at ease.
