Terrible service here, Kiwis don't appreciate staff chattering in their own language, clearly gossiping about customers. It's disrespectful, especially when we're paying. We had a bad encounter with a rude young bloke who made us feel unwelcome by ignoring us multiple times. Got my nails done by Hana who was wonderful. I chose this place based on online reviews and I can confirm the staff are delightful. I opted for a regular manicure and pedicure as I plan to research builder's gel further due to being pregnant and breastfeeding, then I will return here to get it done.
