However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About

The barber appeared to have no concern for basic cleanliness—tools seemed untouched by a cleaner, and shockingly, he used the hair dryer to sweep the floor, pressing it into the dirt. His language was unprofessional, and he lacked customer service skills; it seemed like he had no interest in providing decent service.
