The service was flawless, you are offered a herbal tea or infused water on arrival in the most gorgeous lounge. My beauty therapists name was Taylor and I just want to thank her for her professionalism and for making me feel so at ease. The beautician I had was delightful, but the overall service fell short. I paid a premium price for a treatment that lasted half the duration promised on the website. While the final result is satisfactory, a bit more attention to detail and relaxation during the session would be welcomed considering the price point.
