I had my hair cut by Jess, and everything seemed fine until she casually mentioned that her Fiancé had orchestrated the death of a dog for insurance purposes! I was utterly appalled and would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Shocking and disturbing behavior. I've had cuts from various outlets of this company and they've been pretty decent. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About

Had a fantastic experience at jk hair today. The hairstylist was very skilled and friendly. Wanted a haircut and dye my hair. Had a few choices of colors when i went in. Discussed with the stylist, she was straightforward regarding what she thought and gave her honest opinion about my hair. The conversation throughout the haircut was smooth and you won't feel pressured to talk or feel awkward. While I waited for hair dye to settle in, the stylist even provided me a cushion to rest my arms so I can sit straight and play on my phone. The result is great. Received praises from family when I got home.
