I recently visited this salon and was impressed by the lovely atmosphere and attentive team, both deserving of 5 ⭐️⭐️. However, my haircut experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the stylist seemed inexperienced, giving the impression that it was their first time cutting a men's hair. Despite voicing my concerns, the haircut was incomplete and not up to standard.About

I was actually there for the whole korero between Jemima and the reviewer. Jemima was polite and perfectly within her rights to decline to cut the reviewer's hair. The barber appeared to have no concern for basic cleanliness—tools seemed untouched by a cleaner, and shockingly, he used the hair dryer to sweep the floor, pressing it into the dirt. His language was unprofessional, and he lacked customer service skills; it seemed like he had no interest in providing decent service.
