In need of a hair makeover during my travels across New Zealand, a pal scheduled me an appointment at Mods Hair. I am overjoyed that she did because Mia grasped my vision perfectly and proceeded to give me the most fantastic haircut I've had in ages. All the team members were delightful, courteous, and engaging. Sadly, I won't be able to return, but only because traveling 18,000 kilometers is quite a trek for a hair appointment! If I lived nearby, I'd never go anywhere else. I've had cuts from various outlets of this company and they've been pretty decent. However, visiting this outlet was possibly one of the worst experiences I've had, from waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to having to ask the stylist to stop because the cut was nothing like what I requested. I always ask for the same style and it's always been right until this time, where it was completely off. Could be the incompetence of the stylist I had? Overall, wouldn't suggest this branch unless you get a competent staff member for the cut.About

I transitioned from long locks to a pixie style with inspiration from a few snaps, but left most of the creativity up to Sarah. She gave me a truly unique style at a fair price.
