I recently visited this salon and was impressed by the lovely atmosphere and attentive team, both deserving of 5 βοΈβοΈ. However, my haircut experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, the stylist seemed inexperienced, giving the impression that it was their first time cutting a men's hair. Fantastic quick trims! The owner is awesome. Initially, I felt like the team were a bit distant, not acknowledging customers as they came in, almost like I was invisible. But once it was my turn, they were super friendly. Since it's a walk-in place, I was worried they might not have time, especially with lots of people ahead of me and the shop closing at 5pm. I ended up waiting for a while, feeling a bit anxious. Discussed with the stylist, she was straightforward regarding what she thought and gave her honest opinion about my hair. The conversation throughout the haircut was smooth and you won't feel pressured to talk or feel awkward. While I waited for hair dye to settle in, the stylist even provided me a cushion to rest my arms so I can sit straight and play on my phone. The result is great.
