I've visited a few times, all good until now. A while back, I messaged an artist about a tattoo, got a price, booked an appointment. Day of, an hour before, they cancel. I live out of town, halfway there. Asked to see design before rebooking, never sent. Contacted them, silence. Weeks later, told price tripled, no design. When I questioned, rudely told to have a good day and blocked. Disappointing lack of professionalism. If you prefer to drive, you can take Riccarton Road and turn onto Hansons Lane, then turn onto the street next to Hoyts to reach the salon.
