So thrilled I discovered this spot! The team was swift and kind while incredibly thorough. I had my eyebrows shaped which ended up being a combo of wax & threading. Definitely the finest service I've had in the 15 years I've been getting them done.
I visited the outlet in Palms. My spouse and I had an Indian Head Massage, and it was dreadful. I asked the lady performing it to intensify the pressure twice and she didn’t. My spouse had a similar encounter too, later on we visited another spa just around the corner in the mall and it was much superior to Elegant Beauty and Brows.
10/10 every time! The most charming ambiance, superb team & at a fraction of what competitors charge, the outcomes are just fantastic!! I'm usually wary of chain beauty outlets as quality can sometimes lack but every one of those ladies are top-notch skilled :) Brought my younger brother in for his brows and he was absolutely thrilled, they made him feel so at ease & provided a wonderful experience.
