Just hit 18 and swiftly made a booking, presented my desired design "Hard Times" that I've been wanting for a couple of years. 24 hours later, here I am writing this review while marveling at the art on my wrists. The staff is laid-back and genuinely cares about customers, unlike many other small businesses. Would suggest Expression Tattoo & Art to individuals from all walks of life.
