Absolutely fantastic hairstylists in New Zealand, they are both delightful and professional. I wholeheartedly endorse them. During my initial consultation, my hair was short and severely damaged from excessive bleaching. I was concerned that they might not be able to work with my hair condition. After the consultation, I underwent a specialized treatment using their premium brand Le Boisthetique, which significantly improved the condition of my hair. They even suggested great lengths hair extensions, which boosted my confidence and appearance. Carla expertly matched the color for me, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. My boyfriend is ecstatic too! Thank you so much to these wonderful ladies; I am a loyal client for life!
I highly recommend H&B in New Zealand. Their customer service is exceptional; they exceeded my expectations by going out of their way to help me find a product that is no longer available in the country. Despite the challenge, they had three Smith & Cult nail polishes in stock, which I promptly purchased and received the very next day!
I had my first waxing session in New Zealand and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that there were still quite a few hairs left on my legs and arms that were not properly waxed. They started growing back within a week, which was disappointing considering the cost. I deliberately chose this salon because it promotes sustainability, so while it was a good experience, I may not opt for waxing again and might explore other treatments. I initially rated it four out of five stars. After sharing my feedback, the attentive staff generously offered me a voucher to give it another go. The second time around, my waxing experience was significantly better with a different beautician who did an excellent job and was incredibly kind! I now wholeheartedly recommend this salon and have upgraded my rating to five stars!
