WARNING - EXTREMELY DISTURBING MY CHILD CRIED BECAUSE A INJURED BARBER USING ONE ARM TO WORK PULLED A BRUSH ROUGHLY THROUGH MY CHILD'S BOB LENGTH HAIR. THE BARBER WENT ON TO TELL ME YOU SHOULD BRUSH YOUR CHILD'S HAIR - WE HAD THAT MORNING. THEY THEN GRABBED ME BY MY ARM AND TRIED TO REMOVE ME FROM THE SHOP WHEN I COMPLAINED !!!!! I HAVE REPORTED THIS SALON FOR THEIR GROSS MISCONDUCT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE REVOLTING ATTITUDE AND TREATMENT TOWARDS A CHILD/PARENT/CUSTOMER... DO NOT TAKE ANY CHILDREN TO THIS SALON. DISGRACEFUL
Take my husband in there for a dry cut. Traveled across town for it. All they wanted was their hair shortened to shoulder length and fringe trimmed. Get turned away because they don't have a stylist. It's just a bloomin' simple cut. Why even take appointments if you can't even do that. Terrible
