Went in for a trim and had a wonderful experience with Aroha, she was friendly and listened carefully to my requests, ensuring I was satisfied with each step of the haircut. Aroha provided excellent customer service and I will definitely return to her in the future.
I had Tama and did not encounter any issues as mentioned in other reviews. The ambience was a bit unusual/awkward since I was the sole customer and the other stylists were idle, but the haircut itself was simple and turned out fantastic!
Visited Aroha for my haircut today. Once again, I am thrilled with the outcome as Aroha executed the hairstyle exactly as I wanted. I always return to her because she is skilled at her craft. Aroha is both warm and professional.
