I've been popping in here for quite a while now. Absolutely thrilled with the service they offer here. Usually opt for the full face thread/wax, or threading/waxing of eyebrows, lip, and chin. Always well taken care of by the crew, quick and efficient so I can get on with my day but still feel pampered when I leave. Reasonably priced, always well looked after and friendly :)
Edit: The boss rang me to explain the situation and was very apologetic. We were given a deal for our next visit and will take it up soon. I'll now rate you 4 stars due to a swift resolution, but in the future, if the business isn't ready to go, don't open the door or at least put up a sign. I understand that staff can call in sick at the last minute, but a closed door or some form of sign is better than an open door with no staff and customers walking out.
My spouse had a 9:15 appointment booked. Doors open. No one in sight. Three others waited for 15 minutes and left, and so did we. We might return in the future, but this has left a bitter taste.
